ReStore Cashier
Description: Complete sales transactions in an efficient and friendly manner.
General Duties: Process sales and returns; provide customer assistance, answer the telephone and address the callers’ needs, work collaboratively and supportively with other ReStore associates, stock and clean, perform other duties as assigned by the ReStore Manager.
Requirements: Retail cashier experience using a point of sale system, excellent cash handling skills, team player with excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, ability to remain calm and polite when faced with difficult customer situations, ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Work may require lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, standing for long periods, bending, and kneeling; however, accommodations can be made for people with mobility issues.

Main Office and Construction Opportunities
Description: Opportunities in bookkeeping/accounting, fund development, marketing communications, community outreach, construction and remodeling, and program support are available from time to time.

ReStore Donation Pick-up Driver/Dockworker
Description: Pick up items from donors and accept donations at the ReStore.
General Duties: Local driving of ReStore box truck or pickup truck, forklift operation, safely packing and unpacking merchandise in the vehicles and at the dock, screen donations for eligibility, occasionally supervise volunteers and make their experience meaningful.
Requirements: Valid Utah driver’s license, truck and forklift experience, and clean driving record.
ReStore Associate
Description: Work in the ReStore.
General Duties: Assist customers, stock and organize items, stock and clean, provide customer assistance, answer the telephone and address the callers’ needs, work collaboratively and supportively with other ReStore associates, and perform other duties as assigned by the ReStore Manager. Work may require lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, standing for long periods, bending, and kneeling; however, accommodations can be made for people with mobility issues.
Requirements: Retail experience and construction/home improvement experience are helpful; good teamwork, listening, and communication skills; high school diploma or equivalent; minimum six months work experience.
