The Field of Dreams is a unique eco-community of 20 twin homes surrounding a community park where children can safely play, families can spend time together outdoors, and neighbors can gather to create social cohesion. The park will connect people, and when people get to know each other, communities thrive.
Park amenities include two play structures, a picnic pavilion, a multi-sport court for tennis, pickleball, and basketball, and a green space. There will be plenty of trees and plants throughout the park. Being the only park within a half-mile, the Field of Dreams Park will benefit hundreds of people.
Four families, with 11 children, live in the Field of Dreams now, and in June, four more families with 9 more children will move into their new Habitat homes.
Today, the park is bare dirt. We need your help to give the children a safe place to play!

Project Timeline
The park will be constructed in three phases, moving east to west to coincide with home occupancy. Phase 1, the east area between the completed homes, includes the walkway, curbing, two play structures, and the picnic pavilion (completion goal: September 30, 2023). Phase 2, the middle section of the park, includes the multi-sport court and part of the green space (spring 2024). Phase 3, the park’s west end, includes the remaining green space and final landscaping (summer 2024. ).
Naming Opportunities
We offer several permanent naming opportunities within the Field of Dreams Park, including the Grand Entrance, Picnic Pavilion, Multi-sport Court, Walkway, Trees, Shurbs, Benches and Bike Racks. Naming sponsorships start at the $5,000 level and include your name on the item and recognition at your giving level on permanent and prominent park signage.
