Northrop Grumman sponsored the 2023 Veterans Build Day
Habitat for Humanity Greater Salt Lake Area loves our veterans! Our Veteran Build initiative provides volunteer, homeownership, and employment opportunities to U.S. veterans, military service members, and their families. Locally, we hold an annual Veteran Build Week to engage and honor those who have valiantly served our country. In 2023, Northrop Grumman sponsored a Veteran Build Day at our Field of Dreams community in Kearns. Twenty volunteers worked hard throughout the day to assemble and install playground equipment for the Field of Dreams Community Park. Several finishing touches are required before the more than 20 children living in the community will be able to play on the equipment, but they were very excited to see it go into the ground!
